When will my order ship?
We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. Any orders placed after noon on Tuesday roll to the following week. Shipping early in the week allows us to maximize the opportunity to get the plants to you in a timely fashion and avoid live materials being held in a post office over the weekend.
My plant got damaged in transit. What happens now?
We ask you contact the store via email, instagram, or Etsy messenger. Provide pictures of the box upon arrival and extent of damage. We promise to work with you to find a resolution. We can't guarantee live arrival for plants which have been exposed to the elements for more than 2 hours.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of plant shipments, we can't accept returns. We promise to work with you to find a resolution if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
