Shipping Policy

We promise to select healthy, vibrant growing plants.
Plants are shipped bare root in sphagnum moss.
Live arrival guarantee voided if the package is left exposed to the elements for more than 2 hours.
We are not responsible to double-check the weather of the recipient, but customers may request a hold on their order for up to 2 weeks.
Plants are shipped priority or express mail only.
